Estimate Etsy listing, transaction, payment-processing,
regulatory and Offsite Ads fees. Select the UK or US and adjust
any rate to match your Etsy Payment account.

How to use this Etsy calculator
- Select the country of your seller bank account: UK or US.
- Enter the price per item, quantity, delivery and gift-wrap charges.
- Replace the fee assumptions with your Etsy Payment account figures.
Select an Offsite Ads rate only when it applies to this order.
- Read the fee breakdown and net after fees. This is not profit:
production, postage and other business costs still need deducting.
Fees versus profit: a worked example
Suppose an order brings in 30 in your account currency, calculated
Etsy fees total 4, and product plus postage costs total 15.
Net after Etsy fees is 26, but estimated profit is 11 before any
other costs. These are illustrative amounts, not Etsy fee rates.
Can I use this for print-on-demand products?
Yes, to estimate marketplace fees. For a margin estimate, use the
country-specific profit calculator and include your supplier's
production and shipping charges, plus any advertising and other costs.
Which Etsy fees are included?
The calculation includes listing or renewal fees, Etsy's
transaction fee, Etsy Payments processing, Offsite Ads,
currency conversion and the UK regulatory fee where selected.
Transaction fee
Etsy applies its transaction fee to the item price plus
delivery and gift-wrap charges.
Payment processing
Processing fees vary according to the country of the seller's
bank account. The calculator updates its defaults when you
change country, but all values remain editable.
Listing and renewal fees
Etsy's standard listing fee is stated in US dollars. UK sellers
can enter the GBP amount shown in their Etsy Payment account.
Use account-specific fee assumptions
The defaults are editable planning inputs. Confirm current rates,
fixed charges and tax treatment in your Etsy Payment account
before pricing a listing.
