Privacy notice
How MOOSIZE handles email addresses, research requests and service-access information.

Information collected
- The email address supplied for MOOSIZE verification or optional updates.
- The product phrase, marketplace and research requests submitted to the service.
- Etsy shop names you ask us to audit or re-audit weekly, and your credit balance and purchase history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach MOOSIZE.
- Limited technical and access information needed to secure the service and prevent automated abuse.
Why this information is used
- To send a MOOSIZE one-time verification code.
- To provide access to requested marketplace research.
- To protect the service from automated or repeated abuse.
- To email the weekly shop audits you ask for. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- If you connect your Etsy shop: to read your listings and, only when you press Apply on a rewrite you have reviewed, update that listing's title and tags. Etsy access tokens are stored encrypted, used only for your shop, and deleted when you disconnect.
- To send tips and offers only where a person has separately ticked the box to receive them. That box is never ticked for you, and unsubscribing stops them.
A MOOSIZE code verifies access only to the MOOSIZE research service. MOOSIZE will never ask for an email password or a security code issued by another service.
Lawful use and sharing
Information is processed where needed to provide the requested service, protect the service's legitimate security interests, or where consent has been provided for optional communications.
Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, email delivery and essential technical operations. MOOSIZE does not sell personal information.
Retention
Verification, access and security information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to operate and protect the service. Mailing-list information is retained until the person unsubscribes or asks for deletion.
Cookies and local access
MOOSIZE may use first-party access storage that is strictly necessary to remember verified access and provide the requested service. It is not used for advertising.
Optional analytics
With your consent, MOOSIZE uses Google Analytics to understand which pages, tools and funnel stages are useful. Analytics is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics”. The choice is stored in your browser so it can be respected on later visits.
Analytics events may include the page viewed, referral and UTM campaign information, selected marketplace, and completion of steps such as email verification or product research. MOOSIZE does not send the submitted email address, verification code or product phrase as an analytics event property.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
